Cordova Villas – Located off of 59th Street West, you are with in walking distance to many shops and places to eat. These villas are all one story and most have a courtyard in front. They also have a community pool. Cordova Villas allow one small dog 25lbs or under.
Fairways at Pinebrook – Located on the Pinebrook golf course, this community is located between, 51st St West and 43rd St West and off of Cortez Rd. You can walk across the street to shopping and dining. The community features a pool and tennis courts and lots of activities. This particular building is not age restricted and you can have a dog up to 25lbs.
Cambridge Village West – This 55+ community is located off of 59th St West. They are all one story villas and the community has a heated pool, recreation center and shuffleboard. It is very close to shopping and dining and only about 6 miles from the beach. They allow one small dog 25lbs or under.
Greens At Pinebrook – This condo is located on the Pinebrook golf course which is a public golf course, so no membership fees. It is conveniently located off Cortez Road, in between 51st St West and 43rd St West. Ammenities include golf, ofcourse, community pool and club house. They allow 1 small dog 20lbs and under.
Perico Bay Club – This waterfront gated community is very close to the beach, only about 2 miles to the sandy beaches..some of the condos in this community have views of the Bay and intercoastal. They have a community heated pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. They allow 2 dogs up to 20lbs.
Woods of Pinebrook – Located off of Cortez Road and between 51st St West and 43rd St West, this golf course community has a screened in community pool and club house. They do not allow trucks, RV’s or motorcycles, but they do allow 1 dog up to 25lbs.
Links of Pinebrook – This medium rise condo is located on the golf course of Pinebrook. Amenity features are the golf course, community pool and club house. It is very close to the beach and has shopping and dining close by. This complex allows 1 dog up to 20lbs.
